Is a private property investment and development company with investments in Europe and the America’s. It is family backed and has been active in property for nearly one century. We specialize in acquiring commercial properties, managing and improving them carefully and repositioning them in their respective markets when needed.
We believe our success is driven in part by the fact that the management team is always co-invested alongside third party investors, directly aligning us with the success of our projects. As experienced investors and developers, we monitor markets and aim to be ahead of the trends be that in local or international markets. We are currently investing in the Healthcare and Wellness sector with a balance between above average short term returns and long term income security.

Pietrojan Gilardini
Director
Pietrojan is a former Banker (Deutsche Bank) and Private Equity Professional (Star Capital) and investor in real estate, healthcare and sustainability. Studied Engineering and Economics at Oxford University and has an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Dr. Tony Felton
Healthcare Strategy
Tony is a medical doctor with a strong commercial background. Following his medical studies at the University of London, he was a partner in General Practice and then did an MBA at London Business School. He then joined Mckinsey and then PWC before founding a medical start-up. He has been medical director at BUPA Home Healthcare, Saga Healthcare and InHealth Group. He has several non executive positions.
Tom Vantreen
Director Asset Management
Tom’s specialises in advising on and asset management of commercial property in the UK. Prior to his current position Tom spent 10 years working in a variety of roles in the London offices of JLL and DTZ. He studied Real Estate Management at Oxford Brookes University and is a member of the RICS.
George Turnbull
Director Investment
George has specialised in property investment & asset management for the last decade, having been with Altitude since its inception in 2010. He did his undergraduate degree at Brunel University and also has an MSc In Real Estate from Reading University.
Enrico Sangiorgio
Healthcare Strategy
Enrico is a seasoned healthcare manager who has worked in senior management positions in some of the world’s leading healthcare companies including Boston Scientific, CR Bard, and Merck. He received a BA in Economics from LUISS University in Rome and a Masters Degree in International Development from SOAS.
Juan Capurro Boltendahl
Consultant
Juan specializes in advising Healthcare, Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical companies internationally for the last 30 years. His clients include Novartis, Ferring, Dermapharm, Megalabs and Chemo, and major funds. He has deep knowledge of the Iberian real estate market and the real estate needs of Pharmaceuticals companies as well as companies operating in the following segments: Biotech, Medical devices, Animal health, medTech, Wellness Tech, Retail Health, Enterprise Health, CDMOs, CROs. He holds several board positions and is a former banker at Deutsche Bank and ING Group and obtained his MBA at IESE and Columbia Business School.
Sofia Boarelli
Research Analyst
Sofia is a research analyst who gained experience internationally, having lived for the last decade in China, Taiwan and the US. She holds an MBA in Finance from National Cheng Kung University and worked at Taishin International Bank in the credit and investment department. She has passed the three CFA exams and speaks Mandarin, English and Italian.
Elisabetta Invernizzi
Executive Assistant
I am an Executive Assistant with over 30-year experience in multinational companies in consumer goods, insurance and energy. I am responsible for project management, administration/back office and overall team coordination. I am very sensitive to sustainability practices and take particular interest in the ESG program.
Aldo Delia
Consultant
Aldo is a civil engineer with extensive experience in healthcare and public infrastructure design. After graduating in Electronic Engineering from La Sapienza University in Rome, he specialized in healthcare and civil sector design. He has overseen complex hospital construction and refurbishment projects across Italy, including work on MRI, PET/CT, and nuclear medicine departments. Aldo is also an Expert in Radioprotection and holds numerous professional certifications, including Safety Coordination (CSP/CSE), Fire Prevention, and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor. He currently serves as a technical advisor to the Italian Senate and is President of the Commission for Integrated Healthcare Design at the Rome Engineers’ Association.
